Lawyer and Notary Public. Obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica. Master in economic law from the State Distance University (UNED), Costa Rica. Likewise, she holds the Diploma of Tax Specialist, by FUNDEPOS-Faycatax, 2013, the Diploma of International Expert in Oral Litigation for Civil and Commercial Judicial Processes, by Centro Internacional de Estudios de Costa Rica-La Fundación General Universidad de Granada Empresa, España, 2017 and the Certificate of Expert in Data Protection, by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection-UNED, 2020.

Over twenty-five years of experience in corporate consulting, business development and real estate and urban planning advice; with extensive experience in the management of commercial corporations, process of Concessions in Shoreline Zone, government property titles to third parties and other property affectations. Expert in the management of real estate and tourist projects in shoreline zones in Costa Rica, working in the main coastal areas of the country.

Active member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and the National Chamber of Real Estate Brokers. Currently directs the legal advice of several foreign investment projects, real estate projects, regulation of Shoreline Zone, and the attention of the corporation needs of foreign investors in Costa Rica.
